This campaign offers riders the chance to have a free social and safe ride in the borough for all ages and abilities. Hounslow Cycling Campaign also offers support and advice on riding and maintaining your bike, so it is safe on the London Roads.

Bike Hub

Bike Hub is a qualified service which helps to improve cycling for adults who live work or study in the Hounslow Borough. The fully qualified trainers cater for all levels and look to improve confidence and ability on your bikes and even provides a free bike and helmet to practice on.

Classes are usually mixed, but there is also a specialised women’s session to help people feel more at ease.

Parkwood Outdoors – Free Saturday cycle sessions for children

Parkwood Outdoors provides free sessions on a Saturday, with fully qualified trainers for children aged between 7-14 years old. Bikes and helmets are provided at no cost and provide a one-hour class for beginners and a one-hour class for improvers and confidence building.

The beginner class is between 2.30-3.30pm

The improvers confidence building class is between 3.30pm-4.30pm

Both classes meet at Hounslow Civic Centre.
