Anchor Counselling offers a block of 6 weekly counselling sessions in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space, to optimise and broaden support for foodbank clients, helping them manage life’s challenges and difficulties and get back on their feet.  Counselling supports people to a better understanding of their circumstances, health and wellbeing, working towards a healthier, happier life.
